A SCARY PROPOSITION JUST IN TIME FOR HOLLOWEEN

As many companies begin to emerge from the “fun” of the last year, they are faced with the scary proposition of hiring. Why is it scary? There is still some uncertainty in the economy. While many companies need to beef up staff to satisfy increasing demand they are not so sure it’s time to hire permanent employees. Why else is it scary? Run a job advertisment. You will be inundated with every “C” player that got downsized, most of whom don’t even come close to possessing the skills your job requires. You can spend hours screening resumes in hopes of finding even one nugget. It wasn’t that long ago that impact employees were at best difficult to find, and as hard as it is to believe, it won’t be to long until “baby boomer demographics” put us right back in that nightmare … another scary thought.

Pro active companies are thinking strategically now about their most important resource … their employees. In this scary time, we can help. Need an extra hand but not quite ready to hire permanent employees … temp/contract or temp/contract to hire allows the flexibility you need. Are you ready to hire permanent employees? Let us screen through the clutter …we screen hundreds of candidates so that you only need to interview the “A” players.

Noble Staffing Solutions/Management Recruiters of Dayton has provided high touch-staffing solutions to Dayton and the world since 1970. Our solutions are custom tailored to address your specific needs. Whether you need and Admin Assistant in Kettering, a CEO in Shanghai, or a hundred people for a short term project, we can help. (Nothing scary about that J).

Here is our scary proposition to you … arrange a meeting with our staffing experts to engage in a strategic discussion about your future hiring, or give us a project to work on before November 30th, and you will get 4 of the best seats in the house (front row behind home plate) for a 2010 Dayton Dragons game, and $50.00 off your first invoice. (I know not really scary … but this a Halloween promotion).

Have a safe and happy Halloween.
